Raj Vora

Raj is responsible for distribution and relationship management on the east coast and Midwest of the U.S. and Canada and is based in Chicago. He works closely with institutional investors that include public and corporate pensions, endowments, foundations, financial institutions, fund-of-funds and family offices. Raj has two decades of experience in the private equity and investment banking industries. Prior to joining Metric Point Capital in 2017, Raj was Vice President and Head of Institutional Funds at Avant. Previously, Raj was an Executive Director in UBS Investment Bank's Private Funds Group. Prior to UBS, Raj was a Senior Vice President in the Private Equity Group at Northern Trust Alternatives (50 South Capital Advisors). Prior to Northern Trust, he was an Associate at Wind Point Partners, a middle-market buyout fund. Raj began his career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Raj received a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois, and also completed a secondary concentration in Finance and Minor in Spanish.

Raj has been counting letters in words, writing parodies to songs, and shooting half court shots since his youth.
