Karen Pepe

Karen is responsible for all aspects of the day to day accounting activities, including, management reporting, bank account reconciliations, client invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and 401K administration. In addition, Karen is responsible for assisting in the preparation of audited Year-End Financial Statements and assisting in the quarterly FINRA/SIPC Filings. Karen’s area of expertise encompasses financial planning & analysis, public accounting, and that as of a CFO / Director / Controller capacity. She is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of financial management experience, including over 29 years of financial statement preparation, budgeting, planning and analysis, and three years of public accounting. Karen has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Haven. Karen is also an Associate Member of the CT Society of CPA's and a Member of the AICPA.
